Nebr = Nebraska. Sholes and Randolph are 2 towns fairly close to each other in the northeast quadrant of the state.

The part you see as "How is Chris" looks more like "now is chaos" - an ending to a sentence that starts after the "do you pray for me" (with looks to me like the next word is "yet.")
