decanter bottle signed strahlem id help

    Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this decanter bottle. Its hand painted and signed strahlem on the bottom and the number 203 by the signature. Didnt find anything when googling the name. Maybe a hobbiest? Also the face looks to be oriental. Any idea of age? I thought maybe 60s or 70s but wasnt for sure. Any info would be great thanks!
