Delft?

    What exactly is "unlikely" about it?

    It could be Delft but not from a known maker--tourist pottery or made somewhere else and marked Delft as a pattern name.

    True. My first thought was "Deruta-ish."

    Thank you. Only "unlikely" because we have no knowledge of the subject and this isn't Delft as we know it. The tankard is only 65mm tall.
