Featured Do I have a wrongly titled Harold Altman hand signed litho?

I bought this at a thrift store yesterday; it's by listed artist Herald Altman. But! When I tried to find another example to get an idea what it is worth - the "Joggers" I found was different!

There isn't a lot of joggers in mine & they do not appear to be the subject - maybe that's why I can't find another example of this; I don't have the right title?
Also, most of Altman's art is set in Paris or Central Park - any idea where this scene is from?

It is possible he used the same title for more than one work.

The only place I found a copy of this painting was on the cover of his 1985 catalog. I could not get into it. Sorry. They did mention a parc monsouris in one of the articles but I don't know anything about it.

He also did work of the Parc Monceau. Think that's more likely than above.
