Thanks! I agree that it looks like J. Montoya, but I haven't been able to match it with an artist. It is a pretty unique signature.

 

Think you're going to have difficulty identifying. Lots of artists of Latin American street scenes. Most unknown.

there is a noted painter by the name Jose Montoya...but I think his style is different..but you can check him out
