I do not know what all could possibly be acquired at this time, but was wondering if anyone had anything Titanic-related (and yes, if you have a newspaper from 1912, that also counts :) ).

I was just asking in general, not looking to buy.

I had this, but I lost it. A 5" x 10" original photo of the RMS Cedric, the White Star ship that returned the Titanic survivors to Britain:

(I had a box, full of my favorite stuff, that went missing. This photo is, like, the tip of the iceberg.)

I also had this little cruet with the White Star logo, of the period (4" tall with stopper):

Sold on eBay for a price that surprised me

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

SO cool, @moreotherstuff!! I/we never had anything from the Titanic, but I believe one of the BIG auction houses has sold some items in the past........Maybe Christie's or Sotheby's........

Very sorry to hear, but you never know, it may reappear! I lost collectibles from my childhood for 15 years, found them in a pile after moving.

I also indirectly helped a friend on a forum relocate jewelry and items he'd been missing for I believe 20-30 years. He ended up sending me some collectibles bc he was so grateful.

I posed this topic bc the anniversary of the sinking is coming up, and there is an exhibit happening. You can see details on it at titanicexhibition.com

I've had a couple White Star Line items but they had many ships... no telling if they were Titanic or not... likely not!

It was a while ago when I found it but I *think* it was Titanic because of the colors .

I am actually in the process of verifying if the newspapers I have ( the daily mirror ) from england are originals or repos. They were found in a friends book when we were moving her mom to assisted living. The family was from england. I have april 16 and 17 1912. I am waiting to hear back from the british newspaper achieves.

Ever hear back on the papers?

It's that time again when I wish I had either a prop from Titanic, or, a real piece.

I have the giant 5x8 banner from when it was in theatres.

I have a piece of coal that is allegedly from the debris field and was brought up on one of the explorations. My husband bought it for me when we saw the traveling exhibit 20 plus years ago. They were being sold in the gift shop. If I can recall it has a certificate of authenticity.
