Featured Does anyone know the Ceramic Firm ?

    Here's another old piece I dug out of the garage,I used to know the maker years ago-but there ya go !
    It's terracotta,6" tall by 7" across,glazed interior,looks like the outside was painted.There's no marks or stamps I can spy-just what seems an old pencil price mark (?).
    Thanks all for the enlightening comments...now back to 'Sherlock' !
    PS-Hold on, glazed interior,hmm-was this possibly a spittoon ?

    Ditto-Hurrah SIS & thanks Bronwen ! I held it at arm's length and there was the famous 'spit bucket' shape. Yuuk-maybe I won't use the term 'sp*# b#@*+* again (& I have a fairly strong stomach).

    Ha ha, could be worse;). I have a quite a number of old chamber pots:eek: and sometimes I wonder about myself:D.
