The ring is silver for the most part with copper and blue stones(?) on top. It's an artisan piece maybe. On the off chance, does anyone recognize the mark? It's a blurry mess in person too.

Thanks. I may have overpaid a bit but it's cool. They flattened it a bit so it can't spin.

As you said, it is probably an artisan ring. True artisan, not a man in a shed.
Tiny marks on a textured background are a nightmare.:sour:

A "True artisan" probably would not have set broken stones or possibly broke the stones while setting them.

If you mean the top stone, that looks reset to me.
So you think it was a man in a shed?

Looks like all 4 stones are damaged, the burnishing around the stones is bad. The texture of the ring was probably made by hammering the metal against concrete or asphalt surface. Could be a beginners project, can't really see how the whole ring was assembled.

The metalwork is actually done really well. No rough spots, no uneven bits, no nothing. The damage to the stones is showing under 40x magnification and invisible to the naked eye.

I LOVE this. I mix and match fun (or funky) accessories whenever I can & would wear this all the time.

I would too, but I have more rings than I can wear already!
