    Typically german speaking country circa 1890-1900 for me too.
    They are using those marks on all small manufactures for decorative pieces and the sellers put their own label putting them on the market by this way.

    JMHO.
    new copy. if German at all the 16 could stand for the 16th re-edition made in May 2018.

    I'm going to agree with Fid on this one. My first thought was circa 1900 German but there are a couple of things that are bothering me. The details on the flowers is very nice but the face looks incomplete and ghostly by comparison. The glaze is a bit too shiny, most noticeable on the face and bonnet. Altogether it just feels a little "off". Like Fid this is just my humble opinion.
