Probably just me, but I see modern/contemporary decor, not mid-century.

I dunno...that 'cooling tower' shaped shade sure looks '60s to me, not to even mention the baked Mac 'n' Cheese hue of it.

That orange shade would date it to late 1960s-early 1970s IMO.

Yep-To me it's kind of a weird late 50's to 70's hybrid.A lot of the MCM guess is the little painted wood pedestal it's mounted on.
It's got kind of a 'Tiki/Brutalist' feel to it
PS-I should take it out of the window & examine it closer. Thanks much for the feedback.Price's tempting (if vintage).

I dont see MCM in the lamp, I see more 80s . The shade seems 70s . Not impossible someone combined the 2.

A marriage? Shocking! Who would do such a thing?

My guess would be 70's based on the shade and a bit later based on the lamp itself. I often look at the cord and the cord looks quite modern, 80s onward. Steal at 22 buks whatever it is IMO

Does look like a marriage. But very handsome. Great price. Think it would clean up good.

As I always say, look at the socket - there are clear differences between a 1940's, 50's, 60's and 70's or later sockets. Sure they are replaced sometimes, but the vast majority of post WW2 lamps I've found have their factory sockets still.
