Does Anyone Recognize this Signature?

  1. It is signed lower right with an indiscernible monogram (read as J.L.O. or O.J.L.) and bears a circa 1870s paper label from "James McClure & Son, Glasgow" using the style "Printsellers, Carvers, and Gilders to the Queen." Painting measures 12.5" x 19.5" visible and is mounted under glass in period frame measuring 18.5" x 25.5" (some gesso loss).
