Does anyone recognize this signature?

I’m at an auction right now and there’s not much catching my interest. When that happens, I start swinging outside my wheelhouse. Sometimes that’s good, other times not so much.

artwork is not my forte, by any means, but this caught my eye.

Does anyone recognize the artist?

Thank you. I’ve been finding good info on the artist and there appears to be decent value to his works. But I can’t find another example of this work.

From what I was reading, there are about 100 etchings that have been identified as his and only 11 large format (this one is 22.25” x 15.25” -plate size)

now that I have it home, I can control the reflection on the glass a little better.

Under the artist’s signature in the left corner, I can make out what appears to be “28”. Who knows if that means 1928, it would seem to fit

Confirmed the subject as St Nicholas Church in Prague (Lesser Town). The perspective in the etching is a little closer to the bend in the road, but here is a photo from the same angle for comparison
