Mum bought this at a car boot for £1. I dont think it's worth much but I've never seen this design on a vase. Does anyone have any info on the design please? It seems to have, maybe, a date 8/86? and initial? on the base

Looks mid century and Italian? Not sure if technique is called lava pebble glaze.

Specialty textured glaze technique sometimes called beaded or pebbled.

I think that might be fratelli fanciulati. Which I can’t spell.
