Doucai dragon plate, does this one look authentic?

Imo the blue lining and the colours are not right for an original (Qianlong as marked) piece. It does look well done though, so it may be a late 19th century example, which is still good as they can fetch $1000+. It needs an expert to see it in person though as there are lots of modern fakes (ie brand new) examples coming onto the market which are quite convincing.
