Dressel & Kister figurine

Hello all,
I am wondering about a value for this figure - I am pretty certain it is a Dressel & Kister but if anyone has any info about value I would appreciate it. The impressed mark is very shallow so very hard to photograph but it looks like 7127. There is a bit of red something that may be a remnant of a mark but no readable form anymore.

I am not an expert but I have seen other examples with similar subjects and which are vessels for vanity tables. The faces are very similar, as are the colour values. The sculpture is very nicely done and there is an all over feel of quality. I would be interested if you think I am wrong (-:

I am not an expert either. I am somewhat familiar with their half dolls.

It could just be the photos, but it doesn't look to have their quality.

Closeup of the face and hand could help.

Is the inverted umbrella deep enough to hold some items, like rings, small pendant necklaces? Is that why you believe it to be a dresser piece?

Also, viewing many figurines on line, I did not come across any with a base such as yours.

Hopefully someone better versed will offer their opinion.
