Dresser or vanity or ?

The drawer dovetails are few and small, the drawer bottoms are solid not laminated, has iron caster wheels on the legs. Any idea on who the manufacturer might be and the approximate year made? Also, what would you call it - dresser, vanity?

    any markings in the drawers...or underneath?
