    Hi All

Your advice on the last post was very worthwhile, thanks all, so I am asking about this three mirror dressing table. Would it be regency style? Is it worth anything? dress1.jpg

123cm long, 49cm deep, 132 high to top of large mirror, 75cm high to glass top.

    Based in the UK

Not Regency but rather mid-20th century formal, probably mahogany or walnut (hard to tell). The mirrors give it a modernist "snap."

It's Stag, I believe. Can't recall which range off hand. Fronts are usually solid wood, but I think African cherry rather than mahogany. Really well made expensive stuff at the time, still has some value.

Oh, hang on, another thought. The other possibility is G Plan - they used mahogany. This looks slightly closer to their Garrick, for example. It's one or t'other.

Possibly a Stag 'Minstrel'? Not sure it is as the top of the legs are different to Stag legs

It's definitely not Minstrel, I own some of that, and Ma had the dressing table. Minstrel doesn't have that reeding and the handles are different, too.

It'll sell. Those decent quality ones still have worth here.
