    Trying to ascertain the value of the following E Howard 18k Watch, haven’t really been able to find much on it. Please let me know your thoughts.

    I toned that signature 3 different tones.....sometimes easier to read that way, BUT not this time.....is it even ENGLISH??

    Don't know much about pocket watches, but I do know that E. Howard is one of the most prestigious clock manufacturers in history.
