    E. Oesterheld may have been an art student. It is a copy of a painting by E. Stackelberg, that's what it says in the last photo. I can't find either painter.

    Even though both names are of German origin, the "Copie n.(naar)" - Copy after - is in Dutch. There are many people of German origin in the Netherlands.
