EAPG? Bulls Eye Candlestick

I have a pair of these, each about 9 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" across the foot. Any idea who or when?

looks like Baccarat Medallion

 

It certainly resembles Baccarat Medallion, thank you, but I'm not entirely convinced.

Here's the base of a piece that seems consistent with most of the online images I'm finding of Medallion:


Note especially the bottom of the stem right above the foot. On my candlestick there are distinct domed ovals, but on the Baccarat they are lobes merging upwards into the stem. I also think there is a difference in the proportionality of the center domed portion of each bulls eye to its surrounding ridge.

I have not found any example of Medallion with that toothed gallery at the top. I don't know if the quality of this glass is up to Baccarat standards, but then I'm more familiar with the name than with the product.
