Hello Everyone - I am hoping to find the maker of this sugar bowl. It was sold as Imperial's La Rochelle but I can't seem to confirm. About 7 1/4" tall with lid, 3 1/2" across the opening, and 2 7/8" across the base. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

it's Imperial Glass #474 or Four Seventy-Four c1913-15; not aware of the AKA of La Rochelle but also has AKA of Hobstar and Flower, as well as, Archfoot and Daisy

    Hi Don,
Your hats have made me laugh. Back in the 1960s I was going to Germany to meet some ancestors that still lived there. My great great aunt whom I never met or even seen a photo said she would meet me at the train station. I said how will I ever find you. She said she would be wearing a hat with roses on it. Anyway I went to the station and there was a tiny old woman wearing a hat covered with roses. It was almost as tall as she was. I was flabbergasted. She says she always wears the hat to meeting people. We had a wonderful time.

That's a great story, Greg! You have so many wonderful memories. Aquitaine has also created a picture where I am wearing a hat made of giant roses. I'm saving it for around Kentucky Derby time.
