Early Signed Chippendale Pine Tea Table

    Sorry for the photos. This pine pice is signed with a large incised S on the underside. It is an early piece, with traces of paint under table.
    Anyone recognize the mark? [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Even if no one can identify the maker, they still might be able to tell you something about your table, but they'll want more details: the foot, the shoulder, the joinery, even those paint traces might help.
