    kyratango Bug jewellery addiction!

    Beware, arachnophobics:eek::nailbiting:!

    Here is my latest addition to my jewelry critters hoard:joyful:

    Bought on French Ebay.

    8 centimeters (3 inches) wide:jawdrop:.

    Unmarked silver with gold plaques highlights, its only flaw is a slight bump on the body.

    Very realistic (as far I can say, lol), even carved hairs on its legs!!!

    I'm not the least bit scared of spiders. . .I'll stick with exquisite.

    Now a bat, in the house, would be a different story!

    I love bats! Even in the house, it happened one night, I let the window open, closed the bedroom door and the poor thing found its way out alone:)

    Another story was the huge night moth[IMG] who wanted to sleep with me when hubby wasn't home for one week...

    I sprayed insecticid...

    Wait outside the room peeping by the nearly closed door until the beast seemed dead :dead:on the floor...

    Came in with a bowl in the intention of covering it:troll:...

    As I bent towards the "corpse" it resurrected and flied toward my face:vamp::yuck:

    I threw the bowl away, screamed loud and.... Ended the night in the other bedroom:shifty::hilarious:

    I love bats and spiders. Not overly fond of slugs. The bastards eat my plants.

    Great detail on your spider. In my part of the U.S. it would be called a "Daddy Long Legs"

    Bats are just fine outside. I've had way too many up-close-and-personal encounters indoors with them. Slept in my car one night because of a bat. . .left my mother alone in the house with it. . .I was in my 20s.:D

    Now snakes. . .well let's just leave it at they scare the HELL out of me!
