I found this at a Goodwill I rarely visit. It was $3.00
I am sure it is a print But it is hand signed and dated 1935.
    E A Burbank Aug. 10th 1858 to Apr. 21 1949.
So he was 82 years old when he did this. Or at least signed and dated it.
This is the Artist that painted over 1200 portraits of native Americans From 125 tribes all over the country
It looks to have been restored and re-framed. lots of creases and a fold down the middle.
Maybe still has some value with it being hand signed?
I can't make out the pencil writing any help appreciated.

She might be someone notable or famous.
He sent paintings and prints to celebrities like Shirley Temple and Clark Gable that he thought they might like.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Wikipedia has a page listing people with surname McCullough. You could start looking for a female in the list who was alive and not married in 1935:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McCullough

I wonder, though... since he didn't use her first name, was she actually famous? It's possible that she was, but maybe not. Did he normally use the first names of females in other inscriptions on his works? Maybe he was just being more formal, in a polite and genteel way.

August 25th was a Sunday in 1935. I'd think inscribed to someone he met socially.
