Embossed Brass Disc with 4 Turkish? Male Portraits/Hero's

It's ~1½ inch in diameter, thin stock. It was the decorative image affixed to a badly preserved but originally well made brass cigarette case, since separated & scrapped.
As each of these fellows have a diminished presence from the prominently shown fellow on the right; perhaps they aren't his contemporaries, but predecessors...the different headgear seems to support that.
The first two are militarily uniformed & decorated...hard to say about the others.
Turkish is just a hunch, based mostly on the mustaches...could they be Russian...or?
If any of you can shed historical light on the Who & When of this group, I'll be glad...and very grateful!
