Enamel vintage (?) antique (?) CROSS

    Got this cross for $3 at the end of the sale another dealer was having. Can anyone shed light on the origin or age of this? I suppose the metal is brass, maybe Italy first half of 20th C? It's a little bit oversized, just hadn't run across similar. Maybe stamped metal? Thank you.

    I think in this case it is indeed enameled. I come across these on French sites, so that could be the origin.

    So maybe French? That could fit. The dimensions on the French one were 4.4 x 2.7 cm a bit smaller, but looks like same construction.
