Enameled War-Club Pin, Clutch-Back: What Organization?

    Not a word on it, nor any mark. 2 5/8" long, 11/16" red club-head. It gives me a 1930's vibe, but I cannot explain why. Have any of you seen this in your vast an' extensive travels? Thanks for lookin'!
