English or French hallmarks?

    Can anyone identify or comment on these hallmarks? I’m not sure if they are English or French (from my mother who was french but lived in the UK for most of her life).

    They are on the base of two metal bottle coasters or bottle sliders which I am not sure whether to give to charity shop, bin or sell. May simply be silver plated tin.

    Thanks in advance for any hints and help.

    French. Silverplate marks. Someone who actually knows the marks will be along sooner or later.
