The glare on the central stone is making it difficult to assess. My best guess is that those panels are a dark sard. Metal looks in rough shape. Have you tried a simple soap & water wash & a going over with a soft toothbrush just to see if any of the corrosion comes off easily?

Looks like an Indian brass bangle. Dunk it in some brown sauce or tomato ketchup.

Horn or shell? I agree, from India.

Jivvy the research is my favorite

Are you certain these are stone? And not glass?

Pretty sure stone not glass.. ketchup took some of the patina off.. but it's still pretty damaged I think 2019-04-25-15-21-47.jpg 2019-04-25-15-22-03.jpg 2019-04-25-15-22-13.jpg 2019-04-25-15-22-29.jpg

The "brown stones" look like horn. The one next to the narrow imitation turquoise the corner appears to be peeling.

That brass looks lacquered rather than damaged.

Does the brown inlay feel cold to the touch, or is it warmer than the metal? It really looks like horn in your last pictures.
