Etching-1982 comments please

Hi all,I know this is not even vintage but I thought it interesting enough. It’s a etching right? F.Visser or J Visser? Etching is 16,5 X 25cm. Thanks for any comments

 

There's a South African artist named Jan Visser. Doesn't look like his signature though.

Looks a little like a party gone wrong. I'm getting a Edvard Munch vibe from it.
