Evaluation and History Help Needed

    Hello all!
    I got this old painting, hand painted on a deer skin apparently. The drawing is full of writings and stamps I couldnt identifiy. Any help would be appreciated.

    I think you've got a Central Asian dancer there, David. Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, that general area. Not only do they have very elegant dances and extremely long braids, the monobrow used to be a sign of beauty.
