Okay, that makes some sense. What are you trying to achieve with your posting? You don't seem to be asking a question, but I have one for you - how do you know that this particular sign was posted in 1962 as a result of the Cuban Missile Crisis? This kind of sign was already all over the country for years before 1962, in and on large public buildings designated as fallout shelters and had nothing to do with the Cuban affair.
