Featured Famille Rose Chinese Eggshell Porcelain Export Vase Qianlong Mark

    Here's another one for you Chinese experts. The enamels look pretty good to me as does the mark. Is this a genuine Qianlong piece onto which a red
    CHINA stamp was added for export or a modern one? Thanks.

    It is not Qianlong, the mark is stamped which never was the case in 18th. c. It is a nice Republic period vase IMO.

    Agree with Mat. Red stamps are 20th century, and 'China' is inter-war and commonly early post war. The good news here is the fact it has the 'China' stamp does suggest it's a Republican era piece which at least gives it some age, most similar items are very recent and have little market value. Sadly the chip is going to hurt the value though.
