    I suspect that painted mark is the person who did the coloring. Could easily be wrong. Any impressed mark on the back of the base?

    Moreotherstuff, the last picture of this post you can see the impressed mark on the left side of the number. Looks the same as the blue mark.

    If that's a maker mark, I don't know who. These do look a bit better done than others of the same ilk.

    On the close-up pic of the feet & legs, I'm seeing a lot of spots/indentations/lumps of porcelain. Is that what you see in person? Do areas like this appear elsewhere on the figurines? I'm not seeing high quality.
