Featured Favourite Studio Pottery Bowl

    I bought this fabulous 6” diameter bowl for 50p at an antiques fair many years ago. It has sat on display in our house since then.

    I was unable to identify the potter but since people on this board are so good, I thought I would ask if anybody recognised it.

    Gorgeous bowl!!! Is it @Mat who knows to read those marks?? I know there's another.....who's name escapes me as well!!

    I think it may be production from Korea rather than studio. Lovely glaze.

    The bowl is richly colored, with blue and copper glaze this is why i said its oribe ware but i cant find the makers mark to be sure. what is your opinion @blooey

    Oribe ware isn't porcelain for starters.
