Figural spoon with rattail. Apostle esque, Dutch? Italian?

    Estate sale pickup. Maybe biggest silver collection I’ve ever seen. I picked scraps after getting up late as always. Got this below melt. I think my past research leaned me towards maybe Dutch or that general vicinity. Lots of ugly Italian miniature souvenir spoons look kind of similar. I can’t make out any of the marks clearly other than S. The monogram is also polished away almost. Probably 7”-8” long. Paid below melt. Guessing someone more experienced will recognize a partial mark.
