What do you think about the figurine and its dating? It looks like the image of St. Nicholas of Mozhaisk. The figurine was found in Poland in the attic of an old house. Has anyone seen anything similar among the Orthodox in Poland? The figurine seems to be related to Orthodoxy. I don't quite understand what it's made of.The material is harder than plaster, it doesn't scratch with a fingernail, even if you press it. Perhaps white limestone or alabaster? The figurine appears to have gold leaf applied to the polish.
