Featured Filigree cloisonne butterfly brooch

Hi everyone!
seeking some info as to age of this brooch, have not seen this type of a clasp but I am not into jewelry selling very much. It is marked 925 but trying to get a pic is proving difficult but I won't give up. I will be back with it... I hope! Oh this measures 2" by 1 1/2". Thanks!

 

I haven't seen a clasp that works quite like this one before either. Speaks of quality construction, even if essentially a costume piece, fine costume, you might say. Very nice. We know @kyratango will have something to say.

Can’t see well the clasp... It is Chinese, typical enamel on filigree, think it dates around 1980s.

Agree with Kyra - if even as old as the '80s...

This one, from a 2017 unsold eBay listing, has a rollover catch and an oddly placed good-sized loop on the back (scarf ring?):
