Was at a local rummage and found a Dzi at a price I couldn't turn down-$2.00.I know almost nothing about Dzi's or determining their age or stored spiritual power (?).
Maybe this one's fresh & I'll just pump my own gris-gris into it !

It looks like a Chinese fake.

Yep Holly, didn't think I'd find a real one for $2.00.There's actually billions of them online-guess it'll have to be 100% my personal kundalini that awakens it's mojo.

Maybe it is the photo, but it looks like it is glazed ceramic or glass, rather than etched stone.
What I can see of the other beads doesn't look like it could be Tibetan, more like present day China. Could we see the entire piece?

Will do AJ.I think it's glass too,I'll put some light behind it.I think 99% of them online are Chinese (?).

    99.9%.;)
Glass fake Dzis have been made for quite some time as cheap repros for the Tibetan and Chinese market. So they have some tradition, but zero real spiritual significance.

There's billions online. The real ones have a fascinating history.I don't know if I'd ever spend huge bucks on one,but would like the opportunity to hold a genuine piece in a quiet space.
