    Actualy I removed the tape a d this is the adhesive residue. Could be something underneath.
    I’m finding oval trays with fish design by R&B but don’t know if this is theirs.

    Kard, I have no idea why, but I find that fish plate oddly delightful, just as is.

    Personally, I would use it on the counter in a guest room bath - for all the little niceties I like to provide for my guests.

    Okay. So I'm a little weird, but I still think it would make a cool accent, somewhere out of the ordinary!

    I like it, too. For some reason dishes or trays shaped like fish appeal to me. I've got a few glass ones.
