Featured Floral Cameo help

I was told this is shell. However it doesn’t look like shell to me and seems to be too thick! Any help would be appreciated. Doesn’t feel like resin. Could it be ivory?

 

Your instincts are correct: it is 'resin'. To add to the telltale signs, it is too flat.

 

and the open bubbles , all over the leaf tips......

 

Sorry, not ivory.
The flowers are very pretty, but full of bubbles, on both petals and leaves. There are also resin blobs all over it. So definitely resin, as the others said.
The bottom of the lower flower is cut off, which can't be a good sign either.
