    Hello,

I’m looking for some help identifying when these might have been made. They’re faience as I’ve been told, and there are no markings on the bottoms. Wild guess, but maybe 1970s? Thanks in advance for any help.

I’d not call them faience, that usually applies to terracotta with a tin glaze and your base clay is white. The glaze doesn’t look tin either. I think you’re not far off with seventies, might be Portuguese, Spanish or Italian.

I would guess the same. They look familiar. I think we had something similar at home when I was young, and in that case it
    ;)

Given colorway, agree re date. Vintage, not antique. If they're in Brazil, Portugal most likely. Wouldn't have been expensive in their time. Always nice to have a pair (although painted by different hands.)

There’s a lot of Italians in Brazil, I met a fair few!
