Flow Blue English Plate. Who Dunnit?

    Anyone recognize the marking on the back of this plate?

    Oh, I hate bad backstamps! Someone in Burslem. Pattern is Alton. Woods used an urn, but I can't find that mark, bother it.

    Not flow blue, anyhow.

    I can see the Watteau, now you've said. I should have spotted Doulton, I've enough of the stuff, but mine's all Lambeth!

    Here I go again, but it's blue transferware. Nothing is flowing.
