Nobody has any idea about this long time member off my collection . So still need the artist and country ? Thanks

Trying to reconcile the name printed in the image with the pencil signature and not having much luck. All I can say is that they both seem to begin with an F and end in by.

 

And nothing on the way off the ets itself in style ? So the flying devil and figure way off drawing ? The date is 1964 and the style is from that time .
