Folding Knife With Special Blade: For Neutering Chickens?

    Ulster Knife USA. The 'ordinary' blade has been badly abused, but the hook-blade is quite sharp on the inside edge, an' I have this faint recollection from my youth that an uncle who was a farmhand had one similar, an' I think he used it on poultry (there were hundreds, on an egg & meat ranch in the early '50s). I've been wrong before, tho...I remember a time in the '70s...
    Anyway...if any of you have understanding about this weird blade, whether or not it's for such use...please chime in. I'm eager to know the truth! Thanks for lookin'!

    Jason and Freddie are bad guys from Horror movies. Both use big knives.
