Folk art bird carving?

    Thanks for looking, small carving about 4' without base, looks like some type of horn. I am hoping someone would know what type horn also maybe an idea of the age. Regards joe IMG_1668.JPG IMG_1661.JPG

    It is a very cute souvenir from India, made from horn as you thought. The eyes are probably bone discs.
