FOUND 3 SIGNED CARTOON HEREOS - WHAT ARTISTS' INTIALS ARE THESE?

    I found these at the local thrift store today (along with some cool 80's Halloween costumes; ET, cabbage Patch, Baywatch!) - I tried looking up Batman & Wonder Woman, but there are so many artists & none (to me) looked like the name or initials I have.
    I'm not sure who the last woman is - Electra from X-Men?
    Finally; These are real signatures & not 'signed in plate' right? (I don't think I've seen a sharpie signed in plate!)

    you'll need Comic-Con eyes on these....
    personally , I think the 3rd is Storm...but that is one poorly drawn costume....looks like her ------ is hanging out...
