Found a nice oriental poster/print, but artist's 1st name is Warren; anyone know him?

    I found this today at my local thrift store - but I can't make out the last name of artist. Can anyone tell me which Warren made a oriental print (and what the characters say?)?

    Last name.. maybe Crow? Croe? Haven't researched these possibilities.

    I wonder what the "Do Not Wire" stamp on the back is referring to?

    It likely means that the frame is not sturdy enough for a wire which puts extra torsion and stress on the frame. This can be somewhat alleviated by using two hooks very far apart, but probably best to, um, do not wire.
