Framed calligraphy embroidery on woven material framed possibly Chinese

  1. Greetings. I have two (2) similar framed art pieces/panels. Possibly Chinese. Vintage or older. The frames are dense dark wood stained darker. The calligraphy is actually embroidery on a woven cloth-like material. The backing of the pieces are wood panels. There are wood retainer clips securing the panels to the frames as pictured. I'm interested in knowing their approx. age, origin and estimated value and especially a translation of the symbols. TIA

This seems to be the same text (although the first 2 characters on the left, switched places compared to the first 2 on the right of your panels)

And if the translation tool is accurate, this translates to:
    Establish solid foundations
    Cultivate enduring relationships
