Featured Framed ceramic tiles

I think they are beautiful if you need any more photographs or measurements please don’t hesitate to ask

    I think they are beautiful too. They may be woodcut or linoleum prints printed right onto the tiles and fired. I cannot see the artist's name very well, have you been able to make it out? @Garydh

    @Garydh , if you will return to click "Full Image" on your photos, they will be much easier for others to see. Someone may know who the artist is.

    They look like they could be Portuguese to me, but this is strictly a guess on my part. These are done in "Hawaiian Style" in the old way of old Polynesian woodcut art, despite the subjects are not Hawaiian. I notice there is some writing on one, so maybe someone will be able to read it. Especially if you open them to show full picture.

    The second one is St. Vincent Ferrer. The quote is “Timete Deum et date illi honorem quia venit hora iudicii eius” which is translated to “Fear God and give honor to him for the hour of judgement is coming.”
